5A Molecular Sieves also named Calcium molecular sieves can absorb all kinds of molecular whose critical diameter not more than itself aperture.Besides the capacity of 3A 4A molecular sieves,5A zeolite molecular sieves can adsorb C3-C4 n-alkanes,chloroethane,bromoethane,

butanol,etc.5A molecular sieves usually used for separating n-alkanes and isoparaffin,

pressure swing adsorption and co-adsorption of H20 and CO2.

2,nitrogen-oxygen separation,nitrogen-hydrogen separation to make oxygen,nitrogen,hydrogen.

Molecular Sieve 5A can be regenerated by either heating in the casw of thermal swing processes or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes.

To remove moisture from a 5a molecular sieve,a temperature of 250oC-300oC is required.Aproperly regenerated molecular sieve can give moisture dew points below-100C.or mercaptan of CO2 levels below 2ppmv.

The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present,and on the conditions of the process.
